DAY 1: A Simple body reclamation

In this gentle yet potent yoga set and meditation sequence, improve your digestion and expand your being.

This is a good example of a simple but powerful series that was kept secret by those few yogis who learned it.

Sitalee Praanayam is the breath of the nectar of life. Excellent for the kidneys and adrenals, it also detoxes the spleen, liver, and digestive system.

 day 2: Subtle Body Sensitivity

Support detox through the skin and organ system, cleanse your blood and gain an experience of your subtle body.

The skin breathes. It is just as important to keep its channels clean as it is for the nose or lungs. This series removes obstructions to the flow of prana through the "third lung.”

This meditation clarifies the mind, decalcifies the pineal gland and tunes the subtle body. Become your own tuning fork.

Day 3: transcendental cleansing

Gain a transcendental experience and perspective with this ancient and accurate yoga set and blue flame visualization meditation.

In the yogic scriptures, there are six pages written to tell the benefits of this single kriya. It allows you to control the senses and thoughts. It balances the nerves, maximizes oxygenization of the blood, increases lung capacity and optimizes the balance of apana and prana, ie detoxification and the intake of new energy.

You can practice this meditation for up to 15 minutes. A beautiful alternate is to inhale in anywhere from 4-9 strokes through the nose, exhale in one stroke through the nose, keeping the visualizations the same.

day 4: REplenishing the ojas

Ojas are key to intelligence and body radiance. Renew your Ojas in this playful yoga set and meditation

From the Ayurvedic perspective, the nutrients we consume go through 7 layers of tissues The essence of the nutrients after it is assimilated through the 7 tissues is called Ojas. Ojas make-up the sexual fluids, but are also the fluids that strengthen and nourishes each layer of tissue. This is why Ojas are key for intelligence and body radiance. Renew and replenish your Ojas in this playful yoga set.

Saliva is a key element in Daoist meditation and internal alchemy. Swallowing saliva is a part of virtually every Daoist exercise. In Daoist texts Hence saliva is referred to as: Golden Fluid, Golden Elixir, Jade Dew, Jade Fluid, Jade Juice, Jade Beverage, Divine Juice, Heavenly Dew. Enjoy this “Jade Fluid” meditation and rejuvenate.

Day 5: Youth & longevity

The body is sensitive and self-repairing. Maximize this replenishment cycle of the cleanse with these deep, rejuvenating practices.

This kriya readjusts the sex energy and the balance of prana and apana. It heals digestion, adjusts the thyroid and increases circulation to the brain, face and scalp. If practiced correctly, this yoga set will produce a cleansing and tissue rejuvenating sweat.

Both of these short, meditations are suggested to be practiced twice a day, at dawn and dusk. They stimulate the glands to over-secrete, this keeping your body in a higher state of repair.

Day 6: Form and formlessness

Your body is a vehicle to experience infinity. Relate to form and formlessness, experience your totality and get on an endless stream of blessings.

Reorganize your glands, adjust your electrical system. To make long-term positive changes in your life, do this kriya every morning for one week. During this week, in the morning after you do this exercise, write down the time of day and how you feel. In the evening write down the time ofday and your assessment ofhow your day went. Keep this record and assess it after the week is over

Go into your totality. There is no God outside of the individual. The very breath of life is Divine.
